Back home in Squamish look what has been going on.!

Hi it was my birthday on August the 5th but I got to open my presents on friday because my Mom and Dad were going to Canada on the second of August it was really exciting and sad at the same time.

I could see smoke rising from the Hangi and the smoke evaporating when it got high enough.

I could smell the food like lamb, chicken, pumpkin and potatoes.

They threw in cabbage to give all of the food's flavor.

It looked like I was in the army because smoke was going everywhere I did not like the feeling but at the same time it was exciting.
